What we process on this website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services. Fonts, images and video are loaded from Anondo's own server. When you visit the site, the server records your IP address and technical details of the request (time, request method, requested address, response code, response size and processing time) in a technical log. Your browser identifier and other headers your browser sends are not stored. The logs are used to keep the service secure and to investigate faults. They are deleted after 14 days; server backups may keep them for up to 7 days longer. The legal basis is legitimate interest.
If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or steps prior to entering into a contract when you ask for a demo or a pilot. Email provider: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd). Messages are stored in the EU and EFTA countries. In limited cases Microsoft may process data outside the EU and EFTA, for example in support situations; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. We keep messages for as long as the correspondence requires.
Server
The website and the Anondo service run on Anondo's own cloud server in Helsinki, provided by Hetzner Online GmbH. Hetzner acts as our processor.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing or, where the processing is based on steps prior to a contract, its transfer to another system. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you have questions or are unhappy with how your data is handled, contact us at hello@anondo.eu. You can also turn to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).
